GlobeARound to Earth is an augmented reality application that allows you to navigate the Tecnodidattica globe via your own mobile phone (smartphone) and discover many interactive and multimedia contents related to the geography of our planet Earth.By pointing the mobile phone camera at the globe, it is possible to display animals, plants and important geographical locations in three dimensions.With just the touch of a finger, you can interactively select and view individual elements, rotate and enlarge them, listen to sounds and descriptions, view images and detailed informational attachments.Included in the application are:- 88 models (3D) of animals and plants,- 10 models (3D) of dinosaurs- 36 models (3D) of important buildings and geographical locations- 134 cards with descriptive text- 134 audio "pills" with details and interesting factsIn addition to the augmented reality navigation mode, interactive content can also be used through a simple interactive 3D interface with a few finger touches.How does it work:- Download the GlobeAR application via QR code or via the link to the online store;In Augmented Reality (AR) mode:- Point your mobile at the world map and choose a continent to study;- Select the type of content (animals, dinosaurs, buildings / places);- Click to download 3D models;- View models in augmented reality on a globe;- Click to select one model to view it interactively and read or listen to detailed information.In 3D mode:- Select the continent you want to study through the 3D interface;- Proceed as in the Augmented Reality (AR) version.All the content of the application is original to Tecnodidattica: there are no links to external sites or advertisements.------------------------GlobeARound is a series of augmented reality applications, dedicated to the discovery of planet Earth and astronomy, combined with various Tecnodidattica Earth, Constellations and Parlamondo globes.
